So I’m once more experimenting with new themes and having trouble, but so far the blog at least has stayed intact. Â We’ll see if I can work out the kinks in the rest of it shortly.
Meanwhile I guess I’ll be looking into some outside services for portfolios and featuring art. Â I’ll have to figure out how to consolidate the store section, too – I expect Etsy to join Society6, and maybe a couple of other places.
I’ve just started the Web Developer Blueprint at Skillcrush in hopes of getting some web-based work in addition to art to pay the bills and stuff. Â Unemployment coverage is only 12 months here. Sad but true.
So my daily schedule is being shaped by my classes and homework (tech, art licensing, and studio), and my need to produce lots of work for submissions to various open calls and licensing opportunities. It will drive me crazy soon if I don’t get a firm set of goals or a strict schedule in place, but at least I started today off right. Â Out of bed before 8am, exercise, vitamins, and meditation.
I am still baffled by this shortcode / plugin / settings error I’m getting, but I have to let it go for now because I don’t have time to spend hours and hours struggling with it. Â I’ve put in a support request and now it’s time to do other things.
